A pure epoxy for diamond and air-drilled holes with all necessary ETA approvals and a very attractive price. And the support is top-notch as well; in consultation with the structural engineer, equivalence with the Hilti RE500 was quickly and expertly demonstrated at the time.

The technical calculations and lightning-fast deliveries remain characteristic of the collaboration, which has now lasted for over 4 years. During this time, we have bonded many thousands of dowels on various projects (recently, for example, Scope A1 near Apeldoorn) using Sympafix X150-PLUS chemical anchors.

Partly due to the technical support provided by Sympafix, Verschuuren has made the switch to the ETA-1 approved TB1-PLUS through anchors and SB2-PLUS concrete screws for anchoring the uprights of warehouse racking. Sympafix developed a tailored recommendation based on structural calculations in accordance with NEN 5056:2011 and provided personalized documentation for this purpose.

Sympafix positions itself as a partner and offers collaborative thinking. They are always open to questions and explanations, and have helped us analyze the NEN standards and translate them into understandable language. This allows us to comply 100% with the NEN standard and provide the customer with what they are entitled to. The short and informal lines of communication are what works well for us. Through our regular partner Isero, the Sympafix anchors are delivered quickly and at an attractive price.

For a major renovation project in Haarlem, we secured all underfloor heating brackets with the GT/C45 gas nail gun from Sympafix and the Sympafix XP nails. The hard concrete floor turned out to be no problem at all for this combination, and thanks to this system we saved ourselves a lot of time. In a future project, M&O Techniek will certainly make use of Sympafix again. Good products, a competitive price and a high level of service and support!
