• In response to requests from dealers, demonstrate to construction professionals, especially on construction sites
• Providing advice on the application and processing of Sympafix products
• Efficient follow-up of customer questions, with the aim of a quick and competent answer. This concerns technical application questions as well as availability and price information
• Providing sales support services to professionals and distributors

Job description

• Planned visits to existing and new customers for demonstrations or to follow up on a reported problem
• Performing demonstrations, performing tensile tests and providing product explanations
• Fast and competent handling of product complaints
• CRM
  • Administering agreements made
  • Follow up actions from visit reports and plan further actions if necessary
  • Maintain CRM data system and customer files based on work performed

Job profile

• Living in the West of the Netherlands
• (Construction) technical training at MBO/HBO level
• Some experience in or with construction
• Good commercial skills
• Cheerful attitude: problems do not exist, only solutions
• Curious by nature
